Booking and Cancellation:
1.1. Customers must cancel their booking at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a full refund.
2. Payment Options:
2.1. Incredible Detail accepts payments via card, cash, or electronic funds transfer (EFT).
3. Cash Payments:
3.1. Cash payments can be left in the cup holder of the vehicle or handed directly to the service provider in person.
3.2. Incredible Detail is not responsible for any loss or damage to cash left unattended in the vehicle.
4. Service Area:
4.1. Incredible Detail exclusively operates within Pretoria/Centurion/Midrand area.
5. Vehicle Access:
5.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the service provider has easy and safe access to the vehicle at the customers location.
5.2. Incredible Detail is not liable for any delays or inability to provide services due to restricted access or unsafe conditions.
6. Vehicle Condition:
6.1. Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage or conditions that may affect the detailing service.
6.2. Incredible Detail is not liable for any damage to the vehicle that was not disclosed by the customer.
7. Service Delays:
7.1. While Incredible Detail strives to provide services promptly, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions may cause delays.
7.2. Customers will be informed of any delays, and rescheduling options will be provided if necessary.
8. Payment Terms:
8.1. Payment for services must be made within 24 hours of the completion of the detail.
8.2. Any delay in payment beyond the stipulated 24-hour period will result in penalties or late fees as determined by Incredible Detail.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee:
9.1. Incredible Detail is committed to customer satisfaction. If a customer is not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
10.1. Incredible Detail reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
